  • SERVICE ADVISOR APPRENTICE
    This position will include training which will result in a recognised qualification over a 2 year period, travel to college or manufacturers training schools including over night stays may be required Responsibilities: - Greet customers and provide excellent customer service - Listen to customer concerns and accurately diagnose vehicle issues - Recommend appropriate services and repairs based on customer needs - Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and associated costs - Schedule appointments and manage service orders - Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs - Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles throughout the repair process - Process payments and handle financial transactions Experience: - As this is an Apprenticeship, no previous experience is required Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. The employee may be required to perform other related duties as assigned by their supervisor.
  • HGV TECHNICIANS APPRENTICE
    Each year we employ two apprentices in Spring whom will start training at either the DAF or MAN training college the following September. Both apprenticeships are excellent and will result in full qualifications with ongoing training. They include week long block release staying away from home, working alongside others in your class, which is a great life experience.
